Great spot in town. Love Zappia’s deli to begin with, but their pizza- YUM!!! Love ordering the grandma pie. I love that they deliver, and they come sooner than expected. Such great service & friendly staff. Will continue ordering my Grandma’s pie from here and impressing all my friends & coworkers :). Keep it up!!

We went to Zappia’s specifically for brick oven pizza and we’re disappointed. The pizza was great but it wasn’t brick oven. A modern day gas fired oven with a stone liner should not be advertised as “brick oven”. We would definitely go back for pizza but if you're looking for the crispness and taste of a brick oven pizza, skip this one.

Figured Zappias deli used to be good so their pizza is prob ok right ? Even though I didn’t hear good things but decided to give it a shot. Well this was one of the worst pizzas I have had in a long time. Terrible dough, no taste, like eating cardboard dust with terrible cheeses. It was like really bad college football pizza. Called restaurant after and let them know, the girl could not of cared less. Bummer will not go back.

Pizza great. Go to the deli and get yourself a "ZAP" best sandwich in the world. They also make a great Cuban sandwich 🥪 Been going to Zappia's for 35+ years. …

It's not wood fired pizza, but definitely amazing for the price. At 3 dollars a slice, you can get good pizza, and garlic knots for 5 dollars for 6. Been coming here every day! Edit: GET THE PASTA PIZZA, SOOO GOOD!!

Wish I could give more stars, as it is our favorite pizza in town. But delivery is the absolute worst. Always over an hour and sometimes they say it’ll be so long that you shouldn’t even bother. This last time, we didn’t even order anything that required cooking- 3 cold subs and a salad. Perhaps it’s their production capacity. I dont know if I’m disappointed or relieved to hear that I’m not the only one who thinks delivery stinks. Not sure what they need to do to fix this problem, but until they do, we’ll be ordering our weekly pizza elsewhere. Ho hum.

If it wasn't for the quality of their food, I would be proving them a lower rating. Ever since the address change and addition of the Cucina restaurant, their delivery has gotten absolutely terrible. Out of four deliveries so far, only one has been excellent. One delivery was over an hour and a half to get to me. One delivery never even came the night I had ordered. Tonight, the delivery is missing items. They need to get their act together fast, or I'm probably going to find a new regular spot.
